It is the nature of active love to grow and become mature. "Perfect" love is better translated "mature" love. Love becomes mature with use. This should be encouraging, we can know that fear is being cast out even when we still feel the emotion. Keep acting in love and fear will dissipate.”

It is more than obvious that it is in God's heart to give. Giving reflets God's character. He wants to bless and He even gave His own Son. In that case, it's...
