the scarest verse in the Bible
Posted to Matthew 7 on Nov 20, 2009 at 04:18 PM
verses 1 2 are by far the hardest verse for many of us Christians to follow. Think about it, the way you judge others is how God will judge you. This dose not mean you'll lose you salvation but your rewards are going to suffer.
How many times have we formed "option" or did a "fruit inseption". These code words are very thinnly desuged forms of self justification.
We as believers like to look at the verses we feel confortable with but when we need to look at ourselves we gloss over it.
One of the hallmarks of true faith is self-exsamtion, just look at Ps. 51.

“Hello Frank, you are so right, that is why I pray "Lord if there is anything in me that is not like you I want it out". Psalm 51 is a scripture I pray often because I must examine myself everyday”
