| About Me: | In today\'s music its hard to know what is real and transparent, so it can be refreshing to discover something simply straightforward. With their organic and honest approach to writing and performing, the three voices of COLMANblue are offering just that. Over months of bonding while crafting their 5-song ep, Chrissy Katina and Kristin Schweain {formerly of Zoegirl}, and Kelli Trontell {Top American Idol Songwriter/2007}, have captured their defining sound. Featuring production from Lynn Nichols {Mat Kearney, Zoegirl} and Curt Gibbs, each song uniquely highlights Gods faithfulness to form a tight, cohesive record. Standout track,"HEY {Not Worth the Worry}," is an instantly engaging hit complete with sing-along chorus that will have audiences engaged across the country. Another strong contender for radio is "Flowers and Grace," which features a chorus tailor-made for summer, as it details how even in the midst of a rough day, God is there to pick us up. With musical tastes ranging from Pop and R&B to Folk and Country, Chrissy, Kristin and Kelli have a wealth of inspiration to pull from. Kristin adds, "The sound that is emerging stems from a more "live" approach musically. We are meshing three different styles together to find just the right balance, so that the end result truly reflects each of us." Their eyes are fixed to the future, and to what God has in store for this next chapter. "I am anticipating greatness and for the Lord to open doors and opportunities that we could not push through on our own," Kelli says. "I\'m holding nothing back and being very intentional to the calling that the Lord has on my life. I want to share my story and love people while making Jesus famous."
