National Collection Week. Thousands of volunteers, millions of shoe boxes, one goal: to let needy children all around the world know that hope and salvation exist through Jesus Christ. As more than 2,700 drop-off locations open their doors this week to receive shoe box gifts, OCC supporters are praying these simple boxes will serve as tools to share God's love.



A recent testimony from Thotapalli in India:



"My parents only go to church every Sunday, and I avoided going because there was nothing exciting at the church for me. But one Sunday, Pastor came to my house to invite me for a special Sunday church service, and to respect Pastor, I went to church. They gave me a nice big gift box, and when I opened that I got lots and lots of items which I wanted from a long time. I started going to church. Then the next Sunday I got (OCC Discipleship Lessons). I like the question and answer page. I finished all ten lessons and made a new friend. His name is Jesus. My parents are very happy to see me at the church. After I finished all the ten lessons, my pastor made me in charge for small children in Sunday school."
