I hurt back

I have anger issues, please pray that I shall find constructive ways dealing with pain. I attack back so many times, my anger, my rage... I hurt so I in-turn hurt others. Help!I wanted deeper spiritual relationships, but everything seems shallow! I wanted friendships, but all I find is a people willing to say but not willing to stay! I asked for integrity, I got depravity. I asked for wisdom, now I am more confused than I have ever been. I tried finding my spiritual gifting, I realized the church didn't want it. I tied to advise and to assure, if I helped- I'm not sure.

  The reason why you have an helmet as part of your body armour is because God wants you to guard your thoughts. If you allow negative thoughts into your mind it will go down into your heart. Once it is in your heart it will grow and instead of it bringing you joy and peace it will bring you curse and unhapiness cause you allwoed yourself to dwell on it/ think on. Whatever you allow to get in your heart - will bear fruit. So if you allow negative thoughts of yourself and others to get into your heart you will keep reacting toward them in a negative way. This why God tells us to guard our hearts above everything else because out of it comes streams of life /blessings or death / curse”

  If you are faithful with what you have right know then God can trust you with bigger things. What you right know can be something as simple as choosing to be friendly and helpful or not to react back in anger. It can be an attitude to love people and do good to them no matter what they do to you. All God principles is based on love...it is not based on how people treat you. So to walk in love means to make the deliberate choice to treat people with kindness even if they treat you badly. How you act and react is your choice. If you keep your attitude right and keep choosing to walk in love -then God will work out all those other things that hinders your relationship with Him and people. You see to put the armor on that Galations 5 is talking about - can only be done by choosing to walk in love. All God's principles is based on love and so your armor is made of love.”

  Anger is a reaction of the flesh - The more you give into it - the greater its hold will become on you. The more you refuse to give into it and rather keep your mouth shut the quicker you will overcome your problem. But you cannot do this out of your own. You need to ask the Holy Spirit to help you do it. You cant do anything without Him. So make Him your friend by speaking to him as you would to a friend at school and you will be amazed how when you feel weak - He comes and gives you the strenght to stand firm against attacks from Satan.
  
  The Bible says a prohet is not welcome in his own country - that means often our own family and our church does not want us to share with them "Jesus" . They do not understand that God wants to use the things you are good at to reach people and on top of it they will rather critizese and judged you. They will break you down emotionally and make you feel worthless. But i want you to remember that Jesus went through the same things. He was even accused of being from the devil. So you and i will suffer the same as He did because taking up your cross to follow Jesus means - That you will just like Jesus, be accused falsley, be misunderstood, being treated badly by others etc...and that is why you should have God's word in your mind constantly so that you can defend yourself against satans attacks. If satan tells you know one understand or care - then you should rebuke him and tell him you will not believe that lie cause your worth was determined on the cross and you know that everything you go through that Goid will use it to grow you spiritually and that this very thing you struggle with now - that God will use it as a testimony in your life to reach others.
  
  Get your eyes off the negative things around you and start praying out loud over your life the things you want. In your tongue you have the power of life and death - use it. Get stronger in your faith and trust in God - by getting more into the word - and make sure you become a doer of the Word - and God who sees your heart will reward you by healing you and helping you. We all go through these things - the secret to get through it lies in trusting God to work all things out for you. But most of all you must share with people the things God teaches you. The more you give away what you have learnt the greater your capacity becomes to receive more of Him.

  Lastly - Your eyes are on your circumstances and not on God. You want people to understand you and help you - but all you see is how badly they are doing. The reason for this is because you want them to be perfect and they can never be that - God never asked us to be perfect - just willing to obey Him. The Bible teach us that a person who leans on people to help him or her - is doomed and cursed - but he who leans on God, will be heard, blessed and will come out the victor every single time. I want you to stop looking at people and what they do - and i want you to place your eyes on God. The best to do that is to get deeper into God's word. Read it. Think on it. To to God about it. When you feel down and in pieces tell God how you feel. Begin to look up scriptures that tells you how much you mean to Him. Pray scriptures of healing over your life. Begin to thank God for your healing. Ask God to give you joy in Him so that everyday you can find one thing you can thank Him for. I have thanked God even for the stove i have - cause there are many people who does not have a stove. Begin to develop a heart full of thanksgiving by specifically looking for things everyday in your life you can thank God for.
  
  Start telling people how you thanked God for things you do have and how you know that He loves you and will help you through your storm. The more you reach out to people to tell them of the goodness of God the more you will notice your hurt get less and less.
  
  Remember we all get angry - we do not have power over that - but we do have the choice as to how we will react. I find that when i get angry - the best way not to get back at the person is to thank that person for sharing their thoughts with me and then i tell them i will tell God what they said - and ask Him to grow me and change me in that area. Other times i just keep quiet and do not defend myself - no matter what is said to me or about me - i take everything to God.”

  “Hello Zach -Part 1
  Last week on TBN - Jesse Du Plantis said that when we have anger before our eyes we will have anger in our everyday life. In order to overcome your anger issues you first need inner healing to take place. People who has hurt inside will hurt other people because their perception of things are distorted because of the dissapointments they suffered as well as being hurt and rejected by others. You are currently at a place where all you can see is that no one understands you, are interested in you and on top of it all you dont know where you "fit in" God's kingdom. But i want you to remember that Jesus determined your worth as a person on the cross. He will not have died for you if you were junk. He died thinking of you and that should shout out your worth to Him. He knows all the hurt inside you and He wants you to discover the healing that He has said is available for you through His wounds and under the wings of our Father. When we hurt inside - we do not enjoy inner peace.
  
  So your first step is to ask God to heal you. Tell Him everything you feel and think and also all the anger and resentment you have in your heart. By telling Him - you are giving it to Him which places Him in the position to reach out to you.
  
  The second step is to make sure that you stay in God's word. You need to read your bible everyday but you must think about the things you read about. What i do is when i read a chapter...i will when i am done - go back to the beginning and discuss it with God. I have often found that the Holy Spirit comes and gives me deeper understanding of that chapter and also it helped me getting closer with God.
  
  The third thing you must do is looking at what it is you are good at. The reason why you must do it is because that is what your ministry is all about. God gave you certain characteristics because He needed it to reach out to people through you. Your ministry should not be limited to your church - God wants you to reach out to all the people around you - that means at the mall you go to, the post-office, a grocer - where ever you go - you must reach out to people and choose to love them, and serve them no matter how you feel inside. You will see that when you reach out with kindness to others - when you are all broken up inside - that God will through your act of love - bring you the healing you so need”

  “if you want to get rid of your anger read philipians 4:13 and seek the lord threw prayer just turn it over to the lord and let him love u dont wast your time being mad life is to long take time to compliment someone or do somthing nice for someone and see how it makes you feel it will make you feel better than being mean i garonte had a big problem with anger myself but igot over it due to this advice from a friend and the strength of god

  “Lord help this young man and help him to realize that his words have power and speak faith. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen" Let him know that he is not alone and that the lesson is to lean completely on You and that he has a story to live out written by Your hand and no matter what, he is, going to live it..Show him that by being in You and on You is where he learns, that You are the director and You will show him how to do it with honor and integrity and in Peace. Reveal Yourself to him Lord a young adult man crying out to receive Your Spirit and make himself "less and more of You be manifested in his life" Help him to sing a song or write a poem that edifies You. Thank You Lord for giving him the revelation. and the truth. that it is all vanity here on earth, that nothing here on earth is worth saving or edifying because it's all for the carnal man, and it's You we must glorify and Your Kingdom and Spirit, to live a holy and acceptable life to You, which is our reasonable service, and that we trust and live by Your rules or else nothing else matters, that we have to live in this world and not be a part of it.. For we are only a part of this world for a moment and we are making our choices here and now to show You where WE choose to spend eternity. Thank You Lord for revealing that eternity cannot even be comprehended in our human mind in a time span and Thank YOU Lord for Your life that you gave for Zach and on that special day he Zach was on Your mind..Fill him Lord with Your peace and help him to follow it and there You are...Zach my prayers are with you and all the stress and anger and anxiety and all the pressures as a young man may feel, but know this you are in the right mind and believe it or not the right Spirit..The Master is calling He says MY sheep KNOW my voice and follow ME....your sister in Jesus Christ Ann”
