How do I create a group, church, ministry or band page?

There are two ways to create a group page on tangle:

To create a group page starting from scratch:

1. Click Sign Up in the top right corner of the tangle navigation header.
2. Choose the type of group you wish to create, including Group, Ministry, Church or Band, and follow the directions. You will also have to create an Individual account in order to link this page to your own account.
3. Follow the directions and confirm the email sent to the email address you provided when completing the form.

To add a group to your existing Individual account:

1. Navigate to your landing page.
2. In the top left corner of the tangle navigation bar, you will see your Individual profile page photo. When you scroll over your photo, a drop-down list appears showing your other existing profiles as well as a tab that says Create Account.
3. Click the Create Account tab to go to the account sign up page.
4. Select the type of account you want to create.
5. Follow the directions to complete the sign up process.
6. Once complete, you will see your new account on your Individual profile landing page as well as in the tangle header next to your other profiles.
7. Please note: You are allowed up to four group profiles attached to your Individual account.

How do I get the group video player on my individual page?

The new video player on the Groups pages is just one of the many exciting tools that we are developing for you! Currently, the multimedia player is not available to add to your Individual page but as we continue to improve tangle's Individual pages, they will include a multimedia player just like the one available to Group pages. Stick with us and check back frequently for updates!

How do I invite friends to join my group?

You can find and add friends in a couple different ways:

1. Search for a particular member using the search field at the top of each page. Select People from the search field, enter the person's name and click Search.
2. Click on the People tab in the tangle header to browser through the millions of community members.
3. Watch a video and then click on the username of the person who owns the video to view their profile.

In each instance, once you are on the member's profile page, click the Add to Friends button, located on the left below their profile photo and follow the instructions.

To invite friends who are not tangle members:

1. Log in and go to your landing page.
2. Below your status update you'll see an Invite Friends button. Click there and fill in your friends' names and email addresses.
3. Your friends will receive an email from tangle letting them know that you want them to join tangle and to add you as their first friend!

Can I create multiple groups on one tangle individual account?

Yes! Once you create a group on tangle, you can view, modify and manage it through your landing page. Click on that group's icon and click either the Manage Profile button or the View Profile button. You are allowed up to four groups per Individual account.

How do I rearrange the order of the videos in my playlist?

Keep in mind that playlists are available for Group, Church, Ministry and Band pages. To rearrange your playlist, start by going to your group profile:

1. In your media player, click the Edit Playlist link located at the bottom right corner of the video player window.
2. From here, simply click on each video and drag it into the position on your playlist you would like it to occupy.
3. Continue this process until your playlist is arranged exactly like you want it.
4. Be sure to click Save Playlist Order when you are finished and you'll be able to see your updated playlist.
